Size Guide

Ferro FORME is designed to fit true to size. Our fabrics carry four-way stretch, so most women wear their usual size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser feel, size up.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure over bare skin or thin clothing. Keep the tape level and snug, not tight.

  • Bust — around the fullest part of your chest.
  • Underbust — directly beneath your bust, where a bra band sits. This is the measurement that matters most for our sports bras.
  • Waist — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
  • Hip — around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Fit Notes by Category

  • Sports bras — medium to high support depending on the style. Go by your underbust measurement. Removable pads on most styles.
  • Leggings and shorts — high-waisted with a compression fit. Squat-proof opacity. Go by hip measurement.
  • Seamless compression styles (Balance, Flex, Naked) — these run close to the body by design. If you want more coverage, size up.
  • One-piece sets — fit varies with torso length. If you're long through the torso, size up.
  • The Naked line — made in a deliberately thin fabric. Light-colored undergarments recommended.
